Had an amazing trip with my friends! We loved the hot air ballooning and even took a local cooking class where we learned to make traditional dishes. The hotel staff helped us organize everything and suggested fun activities like grape harvesting. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the views from the terrace stole the show!
However, the only downside was the uneven floors in the Fairy Chimney room. It made moving around at night kinda noisy, which disturbed our sleep sometimes.

Good place with free wi-fi, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with currency recommendations. I highly recommend trying the Turkish bath for a great experience! I'm coming back for a city trip.

We had an amazing stay where we enjoyed a stunning view from our balcony and the serenity of the Turkish bath. The hotel had a beautiful garden area and a fantastic on-site spa that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring. The only hiccup was that our room could have used a tad more lighting, but it didn't dampen our experience one bit! 😊

Amazing stay with awesome views!
Just spent 2 nights here and wow, the cave room was beautiful and cozy. Super close to Goreme, we loved strolling those charming cobblestone streets! Breakfast was a feast with all the Turkish delights. Staff were totally helpful, especially Gokhan at the front desk. Would've loved more seating around the pool area. Overall, fantastic spot for balloon watching!

A superb experience with very attentive staff ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet stood out with a great variety, featuring fresh cheeses and pastries that were a delight. The location offered breathtaking views of the hot air balloons, enhancing our stay. However, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning which took some time to resolve, and the room lacked some soundproofing from nearby guests.

Oh man, that breakfast buffet was pure bliss—loaded with fresh delights and those eggs Benedict? Chef's kiss! Plus, the rooftop views while munching are the stuff of Instagram dreams. The staff really went above and beyond, making our stay more pleasant than we could've ever imagined.
Tldr. this could have been amazing, but the room set-up was tricky with no privacy for bathroom time, and the flimsy internet kept us on our toes. Would have loved if they’d fixed the A/C situation sooner instead of arriving with a fruit platter at midnight!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.
Staying in the Junior Suite was pure magic! The unique cave atmosphere, with panoramic views of the fairy chimneys right from my window. Each morning, I savored a delicious farm-to-table breakfast on the rooftop, and trust me, the views of hot air balloons drifting across the sky at sunrise are lovely!
